DESCRIPTION:The Charlotte Bronze Handbell Ensemble, under the direction of Brian Childers, will present their holiday concert Joy to the World in our Fellowship Hall on Dec. 13 at 4 p.m. Brian Childers is the son of Terry and Betty Childers, former FBC members when Terry was music minister here. Rev. Childers retired in 2014 after 21+ years here and 45+ years in Gospel Ministry.\nThe mission of the Charlotte Bronze is to promote the art of handbell ringing through the talents of a dedicated group of volunteer ringers. They share the craft of handbell ringing with others through classes, workshops, and performances, and encourage an appreciation of and interest in handbell music and performance.\nFBC Marion is the second of five stops in their December concert series.\nCome see and hear these talented musicians!\n
