First Baptist Church of Marion, a historic and welcoming congregation in the Blue Ridge foothills, is seeking a Christ-centered Senior Pastor, male or female, to provide strong preaching, pastoral care, and visionary leadership. We value traditional worship, biblical teaching, and active mission engagement. The ideal candidate will foster intergenerational connection, community involvement, and collaboration with staff and lay leaders. M.Div./equivalent  or higher degree required; Cooperative Baptist Fellowship alignment preferred.
