REVELATION – A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE

Most people today look at Revelation as a mysterious book foretelling when Jesus will return. But the first century Christians didn’t look at it that way. For them Revelation was a source of power and encouragement that allowed them to endure terrible persecution and hardship.Throughout January the  Genesis Sunday School class will look at Revelation from a different perspective, that of the first century Christians. Revelation can be a source of power and encouragement for us today as well. The class meets Sunday at 9:45 a.m. in the Memorial Chapel. The study will be led by Jim Burgin.
